Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Monday 14th June 2021.
Aged 90 years.
Much loved wife of Garth (d), mother of Lee, Lindsay, Jill and Ken.
Loved by all family members.
A celebration of Fay’s life will be held at Centenary Memorial Gardens, Federation Chapel, 353 Wacol Station Road, Sumner, on Thursday 17th June 2021, at 12 p.m.
