Late of Brisbane, Hobart and Ipswich.

Passed away peacefully on 3rd October 2026.

Loved son of Dr Harry Gilmore Wilson and Beth Wilson (both dec’d). Beloved husband of Anne. Loved brother of John, Rod, Andrew (dec’d) and Marney. Ian was loved and admired by his family, friends, colleagues and patients.

Family, friends and colleagues are invited to a service to celebrate Ian’s life at Mt Gravatt Chapel, 620 Mains Road, Nathan, on Thursday 29th October 2026, commencing at 11 am.

A special thanks to Dr Gary Chang (GP) and the medical and nursing staff of QEII Hospital for their care and kindness.
