Legacy Professional Fee

A Legacy Funerals funeral director will come to discuss funeral arrangements in the comfort of your own home.
Transfer of your loved one from place of death to our mortuary (weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm).
After hours transfer fee: $550.00 incl. GST. (Between 4:30 pm and 8:30 am weekdays, weekend, public holiday)
Professional care and preparation of your loved one.
Use of the mortuary from the day of transfer to the day of the Funeral (if more than 21 days, an extra fee of $33.00 per day will apply).
Collection of Certificates from Hospital or Doctor’s Office.
Completion of Statutory requirements.
Preparation and insertion of newspaper notice.
Making all the necessary arrangements by contacting clergy/celebrant, musicians, catering.

Facilitate memoriam book, order of service booklets, DVD (recorded memories), or music on USB.
Booking the venue, church, cemetery or crematorium.
Officially registering the death certificate.
Arrange everything necessary for completion of the church/chapel/graveside service. Including vehicles and pall bearers.
Conducting the service/funeral.
Advise on religious and ceremonial requirements.
